Ballot question

The Initiative petition will propose the following question to the Allegheny County Election Board to be the referendum question which would appear on the Spring Primary ballot. The final determination of the question wording, however, will be made by the Election Board, which has statutory authority to set the wording for referendum questions.

UESTION:  Shall Pittsburgh's Charter be amended to replace Article 6: Community Advisory Boards with a new Article 6: Open Government – requiring Internet access to public information, notices, and meetings; setting information, notification, and access standards; mandating greater public disclosure; enabling selectable alert requests; and establishing an open membership Citizen Advisory Panel, to which prospective legislative and administrative actions must be explained and through which citizens can develop and provide information and comment before those actions occur?
